Run for Women
In partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart™
The LOVE YOU by Shoppers Drug Mart™ Run for Women is a 5K and 10K walk/run in support of local women’s mental health programs in 18 cities across Canada.
For over 10 years, our mission has been to bring communities together in support of local women’s mental health programs.
Shift Your Mind
In partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association and Running Room
In a work environment, everyone is challenged with work-life balance, performance stressors and complexity.
In Shift Your Mind sessions, employees learn the wisdom behind the tools and habits that lead to resiliency - like positive self talk, positive habit formation, exercise, mindfulness, learning from failure and reframing life’s challenges that we all experience. Launched in 2021, Shift Your Mind has been deployed in Canada, U.S., Europe, India and Japan.
Michelob ULTRA Night Run
In partnership with Labatt Brewing Company Limited
Join Michelob ULTRA, Running Room and Brooks as we light up the night across Canada at the Ultra Night Run, a one-of-a-kind In-person and Virtual 5K / 10K race. Whether it be with your friends, family or running group, the Ultra Night Run event comes with a race kit that includes everything you need to stay bright as you take on the night.
