The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women is Canada’s largest community 5km and 10km run/walk event series, dedicated to women’s mental health. Each spring, people in Canada step out and come together at these fun, family-friendly events to make a meaningful impact for women’s mental health.

We’ve raised over $23M for local charities supporting women’s mental health programs in 18 cities across Canada.
Shift Your Mind
In a work environment, everyone is challenged with work-life balance, performance stressors and complexity.

In Shift Your Mind sessions, employees learn the wisdom behind the tools and habits that lead to resiliency - like positive self talk, positive habit formation, exercise, mindfulness, learning from failure and reframing life’s challenges that we all experience. Launched in 2021, Shift Your Mind has been deployed in Canada, U.S., Europe, India and Japan.
Brita Night Run
Join Brita and Running Room as we light up the night across Canada at the Brita Night Run, a one-of-a-kind In-person and Virtual 5K / 10K race. Whether it be with your friends, family or running group, the Brita Night Run event comes with a race kit that includes everything you need to stay bright as you take on the night.
